Louis Vuitton welcomes actress Deepika Padukone as the first Indian Maison ambassador, Lifestyle News

Louis Vuitton welcomes Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone to its family of A-list ambassadors through its latest Dauphine bag campaign.

The award-winning actress has over 30 feature films to her credit, such as box office hit Piku, Padmavaat and Gehraiyaan. She is also a member of the jury for this year’s 75th Cannes Film Festival which is in full swing.

Padukone, who is also an entrepreneur and philanthropist, is the first Indian woman to be signed as a House ambassador by the House, but this is not her first partnership with the luxury brand — she made an appearance in the Pre- Fall 2020 by Nicolas Ghesquière.

In this new campaign, Padukone is joined by Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone as well as Chinese cinema powerhouse Zhou Dongyu.

Each star was photographed by Ethan James Green against a blue and white gradient background to capture their luminous, elegant and powerful essence – much like the handbag.
